A brief article about a fantastic opportunity I recently had to talk about palaeontological accuracy in the upcoming Jurassic film; Jurassic World: Dominion.

It has been a while since I last wrote an article for the website but finally, I am back! I wanted to take the time to go over a recent video I had the opportunity of doing as well as share my plans for the blog going forward.

So recently I had the amazing opportunity to do a YouTube collaboration with major Youtuber Klayton Fioriti, one of my Jurassic friends within the Jurassic Park community. Klayton started his YouTube Channel back in 2017 and has since garnered over 293,000 subscribers and over 113 million video views which is incredible.

Klayton invited me on his channel to discuss palaeontological accuracy in the upcoming Jurassic film Jurassic World: Dominion. It was such a blast taking part and as a big fan of Klayton’s videos it was quite surreal to do. The video has now had over 66,000 views and over 2,000 likes!

You can watch the video discussion below! I have also added the video to the About Page on the blog and updated this as well with some new information that I think readers will find quite interesting.

As well as this I also want to share the website view stats for this year. A big Thank You must go to Klayton for showcasing my blog in the video as over July the website picked up over 500 views. The website has now passed over 2,000 views this year alone with over 9,204 views in total now. Thank You to everyone who has read my articles this year!

Going forward I am planning on writing some proper fossil discovery articles for the website once again over the coming months. I have taken some time off from University recently to have a break from my studies, but I am very eager to spend some time writing some proper palaeontological blog articles soon.

Until then though I highly recommend watching the video discussion between me and Klayton! If you are a Jurassic Park/Jurassic World fan do subscribe to Klayton’s channel to keep up with the latest Jurassic news from the franchise. I credit Klayton for the header image.
